Source-listed profile · 75% core-field coverage

Core-field coverage counts eight basic fields available in the Atlas. It is not an accuracy score or a measure of technical specification completeness. Individual evidence checks appear below.

Evidence by field

Evidence status applies to the named field and cited sources. “Not found” means those sources do not establish the fact; it does not establish absence.

Certification Source checked
AirTrunk Australia, SYD1: only the named Certified Strategic facility. This does not certify other buildings or the whole parent campus.Checked 2026-09-22 · Australian Government, Department of Home Affairs ↗
Capacity Conflicting evidence
The completed campus has historical 130 MW IT evidence and newer 121+ MW / 130+ MW operator headlines. A conservative 121 MW contribution is retained; the difference between current headlines is unresolved.Checked 2026-09-22 · AirTrunk ↗ · Data Center Dynamics ↗ · AirTrunk ↗ · AirTrunk ↗
Status Source checked
The fifth and final building was completed in July 2022 and the campus remains offered by AirTrunk.Checked 2026-09-22 · Data Center Dynamics ↗ · AirTrunk ↗

Capacity & development

Operating / built≥ 121 MW

Power for servers, GPUs, storage & networking (IT power)

Conservative 121 MW IT lower bound for the completed SYD1 campus. The final building was completed in July 2022 at a reported 130 MW IT campus scale. The later platform announcement states 121+ MW, while the current campus page retains 130+ MW. Their difference is not explained. No hosted tenant or final phase is added separately.

Historical capacity evidence

Values recorded at the time. These observations are separate from current capacity claims.

2022-07-07 · 130 MW built

Final-building completion report for the historical 130 MW campus. This is a report date, not a commissioning date for all 130 MW.

Government certification

Certified Strategic facility

AirTrunk Australia, SYD1: only the named Certified Strategic facility. This does not certify other buildings or the whole parent campus.

Scope and context

  • Map location, when supplied, represents the city rather than a verified facility coordinate.
  • Do not add Datacom's colocation service within this campus as another physical data centre.
  • Technical details reported by Data Center Map are shown separately from the Atlas's primary-source observations.
  • Directory reconciliation: The public publisher withholds exact location. This match uses named identity only and does not use hidden embedded coordinates or addresses.
  • SYD1 was reported fully built at 130 MW in July 2022. This profile uses the lower subsequent 121+ MW campus disclosure as its conservative operating contribution; it is not a claim of measured electricity consumption or tenant utilisation.

Compute, workloads & commercial commitments

Site-specific workloads, GPU inventory and customer contracts are not established by the cited evidence. Electrical capacity and AI-ready specifications alone do not establish these details.
