Maintain dated national market benchmarks alongside the Atlas facility evidence. Check for new editions and preserve each report's definitions and effective date.

Limits
Industry estimates do not provide a public row-by-row reconciliation to Atlas facilities. All-stage totals include operating capacity; early-stage proposals and forecasts are not committed delivery. Do not add national estimates to site subtotals.
An enclave is only part of a site. Cloud-service certification adds no physical facility. Australian HCF labels do not apply to New Zealand facilities. Check the current reform notice before interpreting additions or absence.
Guidance for assessing services, not a physical data-centre certification register or an Australian HCF equivalent. It provides no facility count, certified enclave boundary or IT MW.
